EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Tim is the Managing Director, Tax. He established BDO Advisors SEZC Ltd. to offer expert tax consulting and compliance services to the offshore captive insurance and investment management industries. Throughout the years, Tim has served and advised small captives to large captives owned by Fortune 500 companies. Tim has extensive investment partnership and companies experience. Tim had advised large asset managers and structuring private equity deals.
Tim plays a variety of roles in our captive insurance and investment companies audits; from being responsible for only reviewing the tax computations and returns filed by clients or their tax advisors, to actually being the tax advisor and preparing the computations and returns along with any required elections or other forms for our clients. In addition, Tim also assists international clients in structuring offshore companies and expert IRS representations.
